Description

The School of Migration is a free educational program for anyone organizing or wishing to organize cultural initiatives in their local communities that promote inclusion and collaborative actions among people of diverse cultural backgrounds. This includes cultural animators, artists, community organizers, activists, teachers, NGO workers, cultural institution staff, and grassroots community leaders—regardless of prior experience, gender, origin, or time spent living in Poland.

Over several months, we meet with experts, researchers, activists, NGO representatives, and artists to discuss critical issues related to contemporary migration, climate migration, the socio-political situations in the countries of origin of those seeking refuge, and analyze humanitarian crises at borders. We explore intersectional approaches to working with migrant communities and learn artistic tools for engaging multicultural communities.
