About the program
YOU ARE AT HOME is a programme supporting the rebuilding of artistic practice after forced migration. It helps migrants and refugees develop their creative work, realise their own ideas, connect with Poland's cultural and artistic community, and build relationships within their new communities.
Are you involved in theatre, film, photography, music, poetry, writing, crafts, dance, or another artistic discipline? Would you like to organise a cultural event for your community? Or perhaps create a community through cultural activities? Are you looking for an opportunity to share your writing, paintings, photography, performances, or other creative work with a wider audience? Do you need support to continue your artistic practice or want to support others through your creativity? Are you looking for inspiration and motivation?
Submit your project proposal and join the programme!
Your proposed initiative may:
- take the form of a one-time artistic, cultural, or community event;
- be the beginning of, or part of, a larger project;
- help you continue or further develop artistic or community-based work you were involved in before coming to Poland;
- be carried out individually or as a group, with the active participation of other people;
- be proposed by any migrant or refugee, regardless of country of origin, legal status, or previous artistic experience.
What are the benefits of taking part in the programme?
