Are you an artist involved in theatre, film, photography, music, writing, or crafts? Have you worked professionally in the arts in your home country but haven’t had the chance in Poland? Do you want to organize a cultural event or build a community through art? Whether you’re sharing your work or supporting others, we can help!

Each participant will receive a micro-grant of PLN 3,000. You will also get a chance to implement your project and attend workshops on project planning, execution, and communication on November 16 and 17 in Warsaw.

The program will conclude with a meeting with all participants presenting the resulting initiatives on March 2, 2025, also in Warsaw.

DESCRIPTION

Is ritual nowadays only a relic of the past, a mythical binder of culture, an anachronistic social function present only in self-awareness courses, re-connect workshops, and back-to-nature camps?

We perceive ritual as a capitalist product, a phenomenon commodified by various couches and psychoanalysts, but also as an ordinary category of everyday life. We want to look at the form of ritual as a phenomenon of human-post-human reality. We want to explore its dark sides – in the dark, on all fours, confiding to the core and the heart of the matter. We want to find out whom to worship. We want to feel our breath.
