Do you create artistic activities (theatre, film, photography, music, poetry, writing, handicrafts, dance)? Have you been professionally involved in the arts in your country of origin, but have not yet had the opportunity to do so in Poland? Would you like to organize a cultural event for your community? Or maybe you would like to create a community through cultural action? Are you thinking of sharing your writing, painting, photography, performance art with the world? Do you need support to keep creating or do you want to support others through your work? Are you looking for inspiration and motivation to take action? Submit your initiative to our programme!
What you can propose:
Each participant will receive a micro-grant of PLN 3,000. You will also get a chance to implement your project and attend workshops on project planning, execution, and communication on November 16 in Warsaw.
The program will conclude with a meeting with all participants presenting the resulting initiatives on March 2, 2025, also in Warsaw.
The Strefa WolnoSłowa will cover the costs of possible accommodation and travel for those participating in the workshop, as well as provide substantive and communication support to the implemented initiatives.
Receiving a micro-grant implies a commitment to implement one’s initiative and to participate in the workshop and the program’s closing meeting.
Applications are open until October 27, 2024. The Strefa WolnoSłowa team will evaluate your submission, and the results will be announced on November 6, 2024!
