    Are you an artist involved in theatre, film, photography, music, writing, or crafts? Have you worked professionally in the arts in your home country but haven’t had the chance in Poland? Do you want to organize a cultural event or build a community through art? Whether you’re sharing your work or supporting others, we can help!

    Each participant will receive a micro-grant of PLN 3,000. You will also get a chance to implement your project and attend workshops on project planning, execution, and communication on November 16 and 17 in Warsaw.

    The program will conclude with a meeting with all participants presenting the resulting initiatives on March 2, 2025, also in Warsaw.

    Igor Stokfiszewski

    A cultural researcher, activist. Author of the books: Zwrot polityczny  (2009) and Right to Culture (2018). Co-editor of i.a. in the volume Art with community (2018), compiled together with Izabela Jasińska and Jaśmina Wójcik, with whom he has been constantly collaborating on projects involving local communities since 2013. The most widely known is their activity with the community of former employees of the Ursus factory, which lasted almost a decade, summed up in the full-length creation documentary Symphony of the Ursus factory (2018). Stokfiszewski also collaborated with, inter alia, the Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards, with the Rimini Protokoll collective and artists: Artur Żmijewski, Paweł Althamer and Katarzyna Górna. He is a member of the Krytyka Polityczna team, the council of European Alternatives and the international think-tank “Minim – Municipalist Observatory”. He constantly cooperates with the European Cultural Foundation.
